Bread and Butter Pickles; Dilly Green Beans; Chicago-Style Giardiniera; Peach Chutney; Strawberry Jam.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Understanding Canning and Pickling; Selecting Produce for Canning; Preparing Pickling Brines; Balancing Flavors; Working with Pectin; Using Herbs, Spices and Aromatic Ingredients.
During class students will sample all the dishes prepared by the chef.
