MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new pilot program is about to launch in Milwaukee, hoping to clean up the city's Harbor District -- specifically, the Kinnickinnic River.
The TrashVeyor is a 36-foot-long trash skimmer that should keep the waterways debris-free, stopping tons of trash from entering Lake Michigan.
