MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works harvested the 2019 City Christmas tree on Thursday.
The tree is a 35-foot Colorado Blue Spruce. It is being donated by Daisy McGregor from her home on Elmhurst Road.
Later in the morning, the tree will be delivered to city hall.
It will be decorated by DPW Forestry Staff. The tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for November 21 at 5 p.m.
