MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Chrystul Kizer, a woman awaiting trial for allegedly killing a man she says was a sex trafficker, is facing new charges.
Kizer is out on bail, awaiting trial for the 2018 killing of Randall Volar in Kenosha County.
On Jan. 7, 2024, Milwaukee police say Kizer called 911, claiming a man tried to rape her.
At the scene, police arrested Kizer after she threatened the man several times and tried to hit him. The man said that she hit, scratched, and threw a chair at him earlier that day.
In a separate case, Kizer is also facing four new charges of bail jumping in Kenosha County.
