WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Charges are now filed against a man who led Wauwatosa police on a chase that ended with his arrest in a cemetery.
24-year-old Maurice Hampton is charged with damage to property, endangering safety, resisting an officer and possession of cocaine.
According to the criminal complaint, police tried to stop Hampton's car near 90th and North because it had no license plate. He sped away, and the chase ended with a crash.
Hampton allegedly tried to run away, and video shows a chase through Wauwatosa Cemetery.
He was eventually captured. Hampton has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Oct. 1.
