MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is now charged with crashing into an MCTS bus driver as he left work on Christmas day.
The bus driver was seriously hurt in the crash.
Police say they were following a suspicious vehicle in Bay View when the driver, said to be 21-year-old Romeal Oquin, ran a red light and was speeding down KK, causing the crash.
Two passengers in the car were arrested on scene. Oquin was seen on surveillance video fleeing the scene minutes later on a city bus. He's being held on $15,000 bail and will be back in court Wednesday, February 6.
