Charges against MPD detective raise questions

Milwaukee Police Detective Rodolfo Gomez made his initial appearance in court on October 31st. He is charged with felony misconduct, investigators say Gomez punched and kneed a suspect in the face while the man was handcuffed in an interrogation room.
A community activist and local attorney are saying the Gomez case adds to a disturbing trend of recentl police misconduct cases, and they propose a controversial solution. CBS 58's Bill Walsh reports.
