Sunday saw a couple rounds of severe storms. One rolled through in the late morning hours that brought some heavy rain along with strong wind. Between the two rounds, rain totals were on the higher side. Both rounds saw some flood advisories, and even a brief flash flood warning with the evening round. Almost all of southeast Wisconsin saw at least a half inch with some areas getting closer to 2" of rain. 

The second round of storms was in the evening and was more of a hail and heavy rain event. Some of the hail in and around Walworth County were larger and up to ping pong ball size. 

Most of Monday looks pretty dry until the late afternoon and evening hours. A chance for storms will be possible during those hours mostly in our southern counties. Some of the storms could get as far north as the I-94 corridor but our northern half of counties likely stay fairly dry. 

Any of the storms that form in those counties could be on the stronger side. A Level 1 Marginal Risk for stronger storms remains in place for those southern counties south of I-94. Gusty wind, small hail and heavy rain would be the main threats if any strong storms do develop. 

After Monday evening's chance for storms in southern counties, more storms could develop by Tuesday morning and linger through the midday hours. Once again, some of those storms could be on the stronger side with some heavy rain. Between Monday evening and Tuesday morning, some areas could get as much as an inch of rain with highest totals in southern counties.
