MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Maidson Lockard, a personal trainer at Life Time Brookfield, joined us on Monday, March 23 to demonstrate exercises inspired by basketball training as March Madness continues.
Lockard walked through four movements focused on building cardio endurance, core and leg strength, and agility, which are skills that translate both to the court and general fitness.
