WisDOT June 5 updates: Weekend closures to Mitchell Interchange
CEDARBURG, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The 16th annual Cedarburg Oktoberfest is scheduled to take place in Historic Cedarburg, featuring traditional German music, food and beverages.
Patrick Curran, executive director of Festivals of Cedarburg, and Sarah Enwald, festival manager, joined us on Tuesday, Oct. 1 to discuss the preparations.
The event is planned for Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A large tent will be set up in the Community Center parking lot to host entertainment, bands and dancers. Tents around the Community Center and City Hall will offer authentic German cuisine and beverages.
The festival is free, but pets and carry-ins are prohibited.
