Cause of fire at Full Gospel Living World Inc. remains under investigation

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The cause of a fire at Full Gospel Living World Inc. is currently under investigation in Racine.

The Racine Fire Department was called to the fire in the 1300 block of Dr Martin Luther King Drive around 9:07 p.m. on Saturday.

According to the fire department, contractors were painting the inside of the building when they saw fire coming from the kitchen. They used a fire extinguisher and called 911.

Fire crews arrived on scene and were able to contain the damage to the kitchen area.

No one was injured.

There was an estimated $8,000 in damages done.

The investigation remains ongoing.
