Caught on dash cam: Man leads police on high-speed chase through two counties

MILWAUKEE/RACINE COUNTIES (CBS 58) -- A man is facing felony charges for a high-speed chase in two counties.
New dash cam video shows the moment he took off from a Franklin police officer.
Jaquan Collins was wanted for robbing a Sendik's. The Franklin Police officer ended the pursuit when Collins got on I-94. Multiple police agencies picked up the chase. Collins was arrested in Caledonia.
Six other people were in the vehicle with Collins including a 14-year-old boy.
