Jason Secora appeared in court at 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon for his Preliminary Hearing. That hearing was rescheduled so that a police officer on the case could testify.
Exclusive video obtained by CBS 58 News shows him sneaking into a garage at a building on Franklin St. near East Knapp St. earlier in July.
Secora is also accused of sneaking into a different apartment building on the corner of Prospect and Windsor.
Police say that the bikes he stole add up to nearly $17,000.
If convicted on all counts, Secora is facing more than 50 years in prison.
