CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Highway patrol officer beats woman

LOS ANGELES -- Video of a California Highway Patrol officer beating a woman surfaced on YouTube sparking accusations of police brutality.
The officer is shown punching a woman lying on the ground over 10 times. CBSLA found the man who recorded the shocking video. He told CBS 2 it was a definite case of police brutality.
