MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The case of a Milwaukee Firefighter charged with sexual assault was dismissed on Thursday.

Michael Peden was accused of sexually assaulting a female coworker back in 2017. In June, a trial date had been set for August 5.
On Thursday, the state said they are dismissing the case without prejudice.
