MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Seniors from the Carmen Schools of Science and Technology took their next step toward their careers.
Carmen's fifth annual senior signing day took place at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) Klotsche Center Friday morning, May 15.
The day has become a beloved tradition for all Carmen High School and Carmen Middle School students, gathering in an all-school assembly to celebrate the future plans of the class of 2026.
"From engineers and full rides to UW-Madison and other schools, to students choosing to go into apprenticeships in the workforce, we have the whole spectrum in supporting students to what they want to do after high school," said Janice Meinke, Carmen South High School principal.
This year's graduating class totaled 278 seniors all ready to take the next step in their academic journey.
