Career fair to be held at Milwaukee's City Hall May 25
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The City of Milwaukee will host a career fair this Thursday, May 25, at the City Hall Rotunda from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Representatives from 15 departments will be on-site answering questions, with dozens of job opportunities available, according to the city.
Employees are being sought for entry-level to professional positions, in labor, water works, public health, customer service, safety, urban planning, accounting and more.
“There are numerous family-supporting jobs available right here in City of Milwaukee government, from entry level, up. The City of Milwaukee relies on talented individuals right here in our community. Come out, ask questions, and see if there is the right job for you as we work together to make Milwaukee a better place!” said Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson.
Those attending can apply on-site at City Hall with computers on the eighth floor. All prospective employees must also fill out an online application online.
