WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) – After an initial investigation, speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash, according to police.
Authorities say the driver and a passenger in the crash were taken to the hospital. The driver is in custody for suspicion of drunk driving.Â

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) – A car crashed through a fence, hit several cement structures and then smashed into a light pole early Thursday morning in West Allis.
It happened near S. 76th St. and W. Greenfield Ave. around 3:30 a.m.
At least two people were taken to the hospital.
There is no word at this time on what caused the crash or the extent of injuries.
