Man charged in hit-and-run that killed Watertown father of 3
MILWAUKEE, Wisc. (CBS 58)-- A police chase that began in Greenfield ended after a stolen vehicle crashed into the front of a Milwaukee residence early Monday morning.
Greenfield Police responded to reports of individuals stealing from cars near the S. 34th St. and W. St. Francis Ave around 4:30 a.m.
When squads arrived on scene they observed individuals running into a car and the car driving off.Police followed and performed a PIT maneuver. The vehicle still tried to flee and crashed into a home near W. Euclid Ave. & S. 13th St. in Milwaukee.
The vehicle hit the concrete stoop, flew into the window and shattered it. People were in the home when the incident occurred and none were injured.
Three females and two males were taken into custody.
