MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's been more than two weeks since Governor Tony Evers released his biennial budget proposal.

CBS 58 Capitol Correspondent Emilee Fannon and WisPolitics Editor JR Ross discuss that and more in this week's Capitol Connection.
