Camper destroyed by fire at Washington County campground

TOWN OF BARTON, Wis. (CBS 58) – A camper was destroyed by a fire at a campground on Thursday, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say the camper was parked at the Timber Trail Campground in the Town of Barton. No one was in the vehicle at the time of the fire. It is a total loss.

Fire officials were unable to determine an exact cause of the fire.

The camper was valued at $4,500.
