Bus Blast in Jerusalem Injures at Least 10, Aid Agency Says

(CNN) A bus explosion in Jerusalem has injured 10 to 20 people, the Israeli aid agency Magen David Adom told CNN on Monday. The cause of the explosion is not yet known, the agency said.
