Bullet lands in home of Congresswoman Gwen Moore

MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee police are looking for suspects after a bullet ricocheted into the home of Congresswoman Gwen Moore after shots were fired in her neighborhood early Wednesday.

 


The Congresswoman’s office confirmed that a bullet did enter her home. She was not home at the time. There was one person in the home, but they were not injured.

 


Congresswoman Moore’s office said that they do not believe that her house was target.

 


Since she is a member of Congress DC Capitol Police were notified and have been in contact with Milwaukee Police.
