Brown Deer Police: Man arrested after hitting woman with diaper bag

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested after hitting the mother of his child with a diaper bag.
According to police, A 25-year-old woman called the police to report she was hit with a diaper bag shortly before 9 p.m. on Friday. The woman told police she was holding her child while she was struck in the leg.
The man fled the area prior to officers' arrival.
The man was located on Saturday evening and was arrested for Domestic Violence-Disorderly Conduct.
He was booked and released after posting bail.
The case will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
