Brown Deer Police Conduct Welfare Check on Milwaukee County Transit Bus

Brown Deer Police did a welfare check on a Milwaukee County Transit Bus in the 7700 block of North Teutonia Avenue.

According to Brown Deer Police, an officer observed a Milwaukee County Transit Bus driving with its hazards on.

A traffic stop was conducted on the bus by Brown Deer Police.  

The driver told police that there was a subject sleeping on the bus and they didn't know how long he had been on the bus.

Contact was made with a 25 year old Milwaukee male, who stated he was getting off at the next stop.

Transit security responded and stated they would ride with the male to make sure he got to his destination.
