BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brookfield police arrested 29-year-old Ervin Espinoza Osorto in connection to an alleged sexual assault case. 

The arrest stems back to an incident at the Kopp's Custard location in Brookfield on Friday, Aug. 22. According to the criminal complaint, Espinoza Osorto is accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old coworker, as well as sending that coworker unwanted text messages. 

He is charged with second degree sexual assault of a child under 16-years-old. 

His preliminary hearing is set for this Friday, Sept. 5.
