Brief warmth Wednesday with more arriving next week

Temperatures lately have been a little cooler than what we had been used to for most of March. This past Saturday was the coldest day of the month when the high only hit 32° and the past three days have all been below-average on high temperatures. The majority of the rest of the week will stay close to average in the middle 40s but Wednesday is our mild day with highs reaching the middle 50s.

You also see some 50s return as we go into the weekend. Once those 50s arrive they stay with us through the end of March and into the first days of April. We may even make a run at 60°. The Climate Prediction Center gives Wisconsin a 40-50% chance for above-average temperatures during that time period.
