Brickworld LEGO Expo returns to Milwaukee in 2023

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Brickworld LEGO Exposition is making a return to Milwaukee April 15-16, at Wisconsin State Fair Park Expo Center.

LEGO fans of all ages will be able to enjoy spectacular original creations and layouts, playing at LEGO and DUPLO brick stations, and visiting vendor booths to enhance their collections. The expo will feature over 50 displays, including “The Harry Potter™ Experience,” a giant skyscraper city with trains and huge spaceships, castles, and many other imaginative, inspiring displays.

The expo will also feature a Play Brick area, a community Graffiti Wall and the Great Ball Contraption (GBC) a giant collection of small LEGO machines that pass thousands of LEGO soccer balls around a loop.

“Brickworld encourages families and friends to come be inspired by all the engineering and creativity our LEGO artists have to offer. Take your eyes off of your screens for a day and enjoy building together at our interactive displays, increasing your LEGO collection by visiting our vendors and, of course, seeing massive LEGO cities, castles, spaceships, and so much more! You may even learn something new about the LEGO community or be inspired to start your own displays!” said Chief Brick Officer and Master Builder Mark Larson.

Brickworld LEGO Expo runs Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. -5 p.m. General admission tickets are $16 (at the door) $14 (online), and $11 for military members and first responders (at the door, with ID only). Kids three and under are free. Wisconsin State Fair Park charges an additional parking fee.
