Brewers suffer first loss under Counsell, 8-3 to Dodgers

The Brewers bullpen combined to allow five runs in three innings as the L.A. Dodgers evened the four game series at one game a piece with an 8-2 victory.

An error by Dodgers center fielder Joc Pederson led to the Brewers first run of the night, but they wouldn't notch another tally until the ninth, when Aramis Ramirez doubled in Ryan Braun.

Matt Garza allowed three runs over six innings and took the loss to fall to 2-4 on the season. Justin Turner, Adrian Gonzalez and Jimmy Rollins homered for the Dodgers.
