Brewers Send Lucroy to the Texas Rangers

The Texas Rangers have acquired catcher Jonathan Lucroy from the Milwaukee Brewers.
The deal was finalized just minutes before the trade deadline.
In return for Lucroy, the Brewers receive outfielder Lewis Brinson and right-handed pitcher Luis Ortiz.

Lucroy turned down a deal to go to the Cleveland Indians over the weekend.
Lucroy was drafted by Milwaukee in 2007 in the 3rd round.
In 2014, Lucroy was an MLB All-Star.
