Brewers Select Next Manager, According to Report

 Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal is reporting that Craig Counsell will be the Brewers next manager.

The Brewers are holding a press conference at 10:30 Monday morning at Miller Park to announce a replacement for Ron Roenicke, who was let go Sunday after the team's 7-18 start to the season. Counsell is a Whitefish Bay resident who has been working in an advisory role for the Brewers since retiring in 2012.

Counsell spent six of his major league seasons with the Brewers as a player.
