Brewers launch pop-up 'Supper Club Fridays' at AmFam Field

Milwaukee Brewers

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Brewers are leaning into the Wisconsin spirit, launching "Supper Club Fridays" at American Family Field.

For the first time Friday night, April 10, a field level stand will be transformed into a supper club-style pop-up, complete with comfort food classics, retro cocktails, and plenty of Friday night energy.

The goal is to bring Wisconsin staples right to American Family Field, so fans can feel at home at the ballpark.

"We are celebrating all things of Wisconsin, and food and beverage are a big part of that," said Brewers VP of Consumer Experience Tom Hecht. "Wisconsin is not just our state, it's our lifestyle, it's how we live here."

Menu items include prime rib grilled cheese, steak fries with truffled aioli, a meatloaf sandwich, and even a relish tray.

The Brewers say the supper club menu will be available for the entire weekend, April 10-12, for one time only.

Future pop-up supper clubs will coincide with City Connect game dates, following the debut of the team's new Nike MLB City Connect uniforms.
