Brewers claim right-handed relief pitcher Lyles off waivers from San Diego

Adding more depth to their pitching staff, the Milwaukee Brewers claimed right-handed relief pitcher Jordan Lyles Sunday morning from the San Diego Padres.
Lyles, 27, is in his eighth season in the majors. Lyles began his career with the Houston Astros.
Lyles is 2-4 this season with a 4.29 ERA in 71.1 innings.
