Milwaukee (CBS 58)--The “Brew City Safari” is a little more than a late night stroll. It’s actually a multi-mile hike throughout the streets of Milwaukee. One’s happening on Sunday. But our Michael Schlesinger got a preview today. This particular walk starts at North Point Water Tower off North Avenue and ends up at the Coast Guard Station. It lasts roughly three and a half hours and goes for eight miles. Organizers say it’s a great way to see a different side of a community you work and live.
The walk begins at 3:30 in the morning. Keep in mind this is a one-way walk, so make sure you have your return trip already planned. And yes, bathroom breaks are worked into the itinerary as well.
