BREAKING: Obregon is in Custody
Andrew Obregon is in custody after a foot pursuit in Illinois, according to Kenosha County Sheriff's Department.
Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department believed Andrew Obregon had carjacked a Chevrolet Spark Lic #629WER in the area of his parents house on CTH JB and CTH EW in the Town of Brighton.
Illinois Law Enforcement was on a foot pursuit of Obregon just south of the state line near Lewis.

Obregon was on foot in the area of West Broadway and 9th Street in Winthrop Harbor. This is near Lewis.
