Braun, Gomez homer as Brewers beat Kershaw, Dodgers

LOS ANGELES - Ryan Braun and Carlos Gomez homered off Clayton Kershaw to lead the Brewers past the Dodgers 3-2 Saturday night at Dodger Stadium.

Kershaw, winner of his last 11 decisions, lost for the first time since late May. Yovani Gallardo threw eight strong innings, giving up just one run, and Francisco Rodriguez closed out the game in the ninth to pass former Brewer Rollie Fingers on the all-time saves list.

The Brewers go for a three-game sweep of the team with the NL's best record Sunday afternoon at 3:10. Wily Peralta goes for his 15th win in that game.
