Bradley Tech High School safety officer accused of sending inappropriate texts to student

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Bradley Tech High School safety officer has been charged, accused of sending inappropriate text messages to a student.
The accused is 30-year-old Samara Miller.
According to a criminal complaint, Miller reportedly texted a 17-year-old student about buying him things, inviting him over to her house, and other inappropriate messages.
Miller was arrested on Sept. 9 and when questioned, she admitted to texting the student. Officials say Miller wrote a letter of apology.
Miller is facing one count of sexual misconduct by school staff or volunteer.
In court, a judge set Miller's bond at $8,000.
She's due in court for a preliminary hearing Oct. 3.
