UPDATE: Body found near Oak Leaf Trail identified

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner has identified the remains found along the Oak Leaf Trail as Timothy Carr. He is believed to have been homeless living in a camp near an overhang.
The death does not appear to be suspicious and no trauma was found on the body.
The ME said the body was found in the final stages of decomposition.
Carr had been released from the Waupun Correctional Institution in February 2018 on probation and was last seen on July, 25 when he checked in with his parole agent.
The official cause of death is undetermined.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to Milwaukee Police, skeletal remains of an adult man were found in a wooded area along the Oak Leak Trail in the 1500 block of Prospect Avenue Saturday morning, January 12, just after 9 a.m.
Police are investigating the death and working with the Medical Examiner to identify the person and a cause of death.
Police say the death does not appear to be a result of foul play.

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- The decomposing remains of an individual were found Saturday morning behind a building on N Prospect Avenue near the Oak Leaf Trail in Milwaukee. An autopsy will be conducted Monday by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death. According to the MCMEO, the remains were reported by a passerby around 9:15 Saturday morning behind a building on N Prospect Avenue near E Albion Street.
