Body Found in Wooded Area in Franklin

On Tuesday, November 10 at approximately 3:15 PM, two We Energies employees doing work in the area of the Home Depot located near 27th Street and College Avenue in Franklin found a body in a wooded area.
Franklin Police responded and identified the subject as a 54-year-old man from Hayward, WI.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office responded. An autopsy will be performed sometime this week to determine cause of death but at this time officials say it does not appear to be suspicious.
