The South Shore Fire Department better have a good supply of elbow grease on hand in the coming weeks. Members lost a friendly bet to both the Mt. Pleasant and Sturtevant Police Departments in the annual school supply drive.
So now they have to clean two squad cars after Labor Day, one from each police agency.
We first told you about their efforts last week during the morning show. This roomful of supplies is going to three local schools, including Dr. Jones, Schulte, and West Ridge.
