MILWAUKEE (CBS 580 -- While summer means fun for many of us, it's business as usual in hospitals across Wisconsin. The need for blood doesn't take a break and it's critical that donors take time to give blood or platelets to ensure a strong blood supply in the coming months.
CBS 58 was joined by Mark Thomas, the regional CEO for the American Red Cross of Wisconsin to share more about the need for blood this summer.
