(MILWAUKEE) It's already been a difficult month for the Milwaukee Police Department after members laid to rest the third officer killed in the line of duty in just 8 months after Officer Matthew Rittner was memorialized in an emotional ceremony on what would have been his 36th birthday.

On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Amanda Porterfield took the opportunity of Black History Month to focus on the past, present and progress showcased by the largest police force in the state.
