Big Chill Postponed Due to Weather

Mild temperatures in the forecast have caused officials to postpone the "Big Chill" festival in Racine this upcoming weekend.
Cold weather essential for this snow sculpting championship organizers have pushed the festival to the weekend of January 15 through the 17.
