CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The first round of impacts from the I-94 east-west project will fully phase in starting this week, and there's a chance they'll slow you down.
Some of the closures are already in effect, but what will likely be the biggest changes start on Wednesday, Nov. 12, when a stretch of I-94 will be reduced to two lanes.
The exits and entrances highlighted in green are shutting down long-term and those in red are gone for good.
This is the first part of work on the project's west leg, which will wrap up in 2028.
