Bastille Days Returns

Bastille Days has returned to Milwaukee's East Town! The four day free French festival takes place in Cathedral Square at the corner of Kilbourn Avenue & Jefferson Street. The festival pays tribute to Milwaukee's French heritage, including Solomon Juneau who served as the city's first Mayor.

Bastille Days is named after the storming of the Bastille, a prominent moment during the French Revolution. The French celebrate Bastille Day on July 14 a similar celebration to the American Independence Day.

The Milwaukee festival is known for its 43-foot Eiffel Tower. Bastille Days runs through Sunday 11 AM to midnight (Sunday until 9 PM).
