MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- BasketSoul, a unique after-school program, was recently in focus during a discussion featuring Milwaukee resident Ricardo Trinidad, president of the nonprofit, and Elevation Coaches Charlene Oseterling and Paul Koepnick who all joined us on Wednesday, July 19.
The organization is aimed at 3rd to 8th graders, providing a blend of sports and healing techniques.
The six-week program, which will be conducted at partner school district locations once a week, incorporates basketball, breathwork, yoga and self-love building exercises among other healing modalities to address youth trauma.
More details about BasketSoul can be found by visiting them online.
