Badgers to finish camp on August 25

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's a new week of fall camp for the Badgers, and the next to last week of fall camp.

That means game day isn't far away. 18 days until Wisconsin and South Florida battle down in Tampa. 

Is the Badgers' defense ready? Jim Leonhard says they're getting there.

"I like the progress we've made. Guys are competing, having fun, playing hard for us," Badgers Defensive Coordinator Jim Leonhard said. "We're not where we need to be in week one, and we don't have to be right now. I see a lot of guys with a little bit different edge, a little bit different attention to detail, and I think that's showing up on the field in some competitive situations."
