Police discover bomb-making materials inside West Allis business
KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Town of Wheatland family is searching for whoever shot and killed their 13-month-old farm dog.
Allie and her older sister hold down the Fenske Farm while their owners sleep.
Mike Fenske says Allie normally comes bounding out of the barn and up to him in the mornings but she didn't on Wednesday.
That's when he says that he knew something was wrong.
"She came limping out of the barn and I was wondering what was wrong with her. So about 6:30 in the morning, I walked over and did an all over body check on her and my hand came up all bloody from underneath," Fenske said.
They brought Allie to the vet who found that the pup was shot.
The family had to put Allie down.
Mike is offering a $500 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
