Attorney for New Berlin man accused of killing wife files motion to dismiss case

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The attorney for a New Berlin man accused of killing his wife wants the case dismissed.
He filed a motion to dismiss Monday in Waukesha County Court.
Investigators say James Farris killed his wife after an argument over caring for their daughter who lives with them.
Farris will be back in court in June.
