Artisan egg roll eatery joining Crossroads Collective lineup

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's Crossroads Collective Food Hall is aiming to become even more diverse with the addition of Ready-to-Roll, a new vendor offering a unique take on egg rolls. The mother-daughter team behind the venture will open their doors at the East Side hub on Friday, Nov. 10 with a menu of handcrafted, artisan egg rolls.

According to a press release from Crossroads Collective, Ready-to-Roll distinguishes itself by a blend of innovative and traditional flavors, including vegan options.

Shatoia Robinson, co-founder of the eatery, emphasized the union of her food truck experience with her mother Sandra's radio background, stating, "It's the perfect fusion of our strengths, allowing us to craft exceptional egg rolls while sharing stories that resonate with our community."

Ready-to-Roll's offerings are said to be a nod to various cultural influences and dietary preferences, showcasing their commitment to inclusivity and innovation within Milwaukee's gastronomic landscape.
